Principal Structural Engineer Josh Kardon has been in continuous practice since 1973 and established Joshua B. Kardon + Company in 1978. As an expert in the area of a Structural Engineer's Standard of Care, lecturer, and active member of numerous professional organizations, he remains in the forefront of his profession. Josh volunteers his time and expertise to young people in the community.

Steven P. Flores, P.E., Senior Engineer

Steve began at Joshua B. Kardon + Company in 1990 with an extensive background in structural engineering and architecture, possessing licenses in both diciplines. As Senior Engineer, always with great patience, skill, and attention to detail, Steve manages projects and guides the staff engineers.

Having interned at JBK + Co more than 10 years ago, Dove has returned with a distinguished academic record and a proven talent for engineering. An ICBO-certified building inspector, Dove is often in the field to assure a high level of compliance with the intended structural design.
